Cancellation & Checkout Policy

This policy explains how checkout works on Imagine Storiez and how you can cancel your subscription at any time.

1. Checkout

  • Pricing, currency, and billing frequency are shown clearly before you pay.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe (card), GlobalPay and Paystack (card, bank, Transfer, mobile money, USSD — recommended for customers in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, and South Africa).
  • By completing checkout, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the current billing period and for each renewal until you cancel.
  • You will receive an email receipt for every successful charge.

2. Free trial doesn't require filling any payment information, just signup and use

If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel any time during the trial to avoid being charged.

You can cancel your subscription in two ways:

4. What Happens After You Cancel

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again.
  • After the period ends, your account reverts to the free plan and unlimited features are disabled.
  • Stories you've already created remain saved to your account.

5. Refunds After Cancellation

Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically issue a refund for the current period. See our Refund Policy for eligibility.

6. Payment Failures

If a renewal charge fails, we will retry for a few days and notify you by email. If payment is not received, your subscription will be paused until you update your payment method.
