1. Subscription Refunds
Subscriptions are billed in advance for the chosen billing period (monthly or annual). You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if you have not made substantial use of the Service (typically defined as generating more than 5 stories).
2. Renewal Charges
Automatic renewal charges are generally non-refundable. To avoid being charged for a renewal, please cancel your subscription before the next billing date. See our Cancellation Policy for instructions.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- One-time credit packs or top-ups that have been partially or fully used.
- Charges older than 30 days.
- Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms & Conditions.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email support@imaginestoriez.com from the address associated with your account. Please include:
- Your account email
- The date and amount of the charge
- A brief reason for the refund request
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (Stripe or Paystack) within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to display the refund.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we can almost always resolve billing issues directly and faster than your bank can.
